Our FOUNDING STORY
How it all started…
The start of it all laid Tinush with Gabi and Letizia who met at a networking event for queer founders in 2022 and it was there, the three noticed that even in the LGBTQIA+ founding community, women* are still a minority.
The three agreed that they needed a community where their own perspectives and experiences are at the center.
A place where they can openly share their struggles or triumphs and are met by understanding and support.
Of course, they generally believe, that the LGBTQIA+ community should stick together, not apart.
However when it comes to founding, queer women* are underrecognized.
This is why Tinush created – of course with Gabi's and Letizia's support – the SHE/THEY Club, which is a safer space for queer women* and non-binary folks who are founders or are on their way to become one. This club is all about empowerment, not division.
And this club's community is already beautifully diverse by race, gender, religion, culture, age and ability.
The club's goal is to channel opportunities to help our members build their businesses and thrive.
We are planning to provide visibility, resources, knowledge and – at a certain point – capital.
And also an environment where they feel they belong, can contribute and have fun.
